Year-end Financial and Activity conference reports now due.
Follow timelines and download forms.

It is that time of year when we are asking all Parish Conferences to complete the year end activity and financial reports and submit them to their treasurer and President. This information is to be collected for conference activity in the 2008 calendar year. The information will then be compiled and passed up to the next higher council according to the schedule below.

	2010 Due Date
Parish Conference Reports to Particular Council	Jan 01 to Feb 15
Particular Council Reports to Central Council	Feb 15 to Feb 28
Central Council Reports to Regional Council	Mar 01 to Mar 28
Regional Council to National Council	Mar 28 to Apr 06

The final accumulated reports will be used to form the National Statistical report for physical year-end that will be posted in April.

NOTE: All conference and council treasurers are responsible to keep a copy of their reports and to send a copy to their Presidents.

All Presidents of Central or Isolated Conferences are to tally the conferences reports and mail the finalized copy to:
