Special Projects Committee — Criteria for Conferences/Councils

Goal

The objective of the Special Projects Committee (SPC) is to provide start-up money to Conferences/Councils of the SSVP for a new program/project that will help the needy.

Criteria

  1. Conference/Council must be aggregated/instituted.
  2. Funding request must be for a new program/project.
  3. Request must include a letter that includes:
    • description of program/project.
    • number of SSVP members involved
    • anticipated start time-length of program/or on-going
    • number of people that will be helped
  4. Application Form Letter (click here to open attached PDF)
  5. C.S.- will record the basic information and forward your request to the SPC Chair
  6. The SPC will review each application and will have authority to approve up to $2500.00 for each project.
  7. SPC Chair will send approval letter to Conference/Council and copy to ONRC - C.S.
  8. The successful Conference/Council will submit the following to the SPC
    • A quarterly report on the program
    • A quarterly financial report on the program
