Guideline on How to Connect with Sites
- Greet them
- Introduce Yourself and your position within the Society
- Present the Society
- lay- Catholic organization whose mission is to serve
- Present why you are calling them
- connecting to request a volunteer time slot on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis
- Ask what hours are they available to have volunteers
- Ask how many volunteers are able to be on the site at a time
- Tell them your requirements
- Get a name and number for a contact in the location
- need a space for youth to gather before and after
- for opening and closing prayer
- for reflection
- for snacks
- Thank them and let them know that you cannot wait to work with them

MAKE SURE YOU MARK THESE DATES DOWN ON A CALENDAR
Sites
Start with at least 1 site a month then as youth volunteer number pick up and young adult or adult leaders
pick up you can start adding more sites.
It is good to have a variety of things for the youth to chose from and get exposed to.
Bring small snacks in every event - chips, fruits, and juice
- have a budget specifically allotted to this

Fundraising Ideas

Funds should be used only for expenses related to the Society i.e. food for sites, prizes during events, etc.
