Hearing: Free hearing aids to people in need
Hear-Rite is offering free hearing aids through "Hearing Aids for all" at their Hamilton, Toronto and London clinics.
Hamilton has 3 clinics and the numbers are 905-667-8861 and 289-389-9599 in Hamilton and 905-662-0781 in Stoney Creek.
Call the hearing clinic closest to them. The criteria is the person cannot be on OW or ODSP nor can they have received hearing aids in the last 3 years where they were eligible for the government ADP, as they are trying to fill a need where there is a gap.
There are a limited number of free hearing aids, and they will provide this service until those allotted are gone.
