Thank you to those who have let us know you are coming to our spring meeting in St. Catharines, ON the weekend of Friday, March 31st to Saturday, April 1st 2017.

If you have not already done so, please book your room at the Best Western Hotel (2 North Service Road, St. Catharines, ON L2N 4G9) within the next week as our block of rooms can only be held until March 6th after which point any remaining rooms will be made available to the public. Please call the hotel directly at 905-934-8000 to book your room at a rate of $144/night, which includes a hot continental breakfast -- our reservation code is 42G. The St. Catharines SSVP Store will be open for tours starting at 1pm. Transportation will be available, upon request, from the hotel. Please email sarah@ssvp.on.ca to book your request for transportation.

We will also be holding a Presidents' Roundtable around 3:30pm (time to be confirmed closer to the date).

Our Vincentian Family social/networking time will start around 7pm at the hotel. This year we will have two rooms to accommodate those who enjoy the wine and cheese social and those who would prefer an alcohol-free environment.

We will begin our Saturday with Mass at 8:30am at St. Alfred's Parish (272 Vine Street), then move into the Parish Hall for the remainder of the day. A selection of workshops will be available in the morning, followed by a presentation from Ozanam Centre and Chez Marie Refugee Centre, our Youth Representatives will address our group, and, of course, we will discuss the 2017-2018 budget, among other items.

To register for the Spring Meeting, please email sarah@ssvp.on.ca with the following information:

• Your full name
• Conference/Council that you belong to
• Your position (i.e. President, Treasurer, Member, etc.).
• The workshop your would like to attend
• If you require any dietary accommodations, as we always provide lunch on the Saturday, and
• If you require transportation from the hotel to the store on Friday afternoon.

For planning purposes, we ask that you register no later than March 20th.

The agenda and all relevant materials will be circulated in the coming weeks.
