Vincentian youth along with their family and friends packaged over 70 boxes full of used school supplies, markers, pencils and crayons, books, binders and folders, bottled tumblers, boxes and pencil cases, as well as pillow cases, bed sheets and blankets. Under the supervision of Carmela Addante, the campaign that lasted several months ended with the deivery of a ten wheeler wingvan full of supplies to Cebu in the Philipines. Congratulations to Carmela and her team!
The truck arrived in Ilolio, at the Colegio del Sagrado Corazon de Jesus on November 5 where the truck was unloaded and the boxes separated in three parts by some of the SSVP members. One third remained in Sagrado and the other two parts went on to (1) Jordan on the island of Guimaras and (2) the Ati Village on the island of Boracay.
