Good Morning,

What a great meeting we had in Cambridge this past weekend.
There were lots of great ideas that we cam implement in our own Conferences and Conferences , and a lot o enthusiasm to really make the Year of the Young Vincentian a great success. Lisa Colville, a very new member of Hanover Isolated Conference was the youngest(non youth Conference) member present.

A special thanks to Bernie and Lisa Legault and their children Maria and Peter and even Lisa`s 92 year old mother for all their work to make the meeting run so smoothly. The food was delicious and the celebration cake was a very fitting idea.

To all the presenters a great big thank you for all your inspiring ideas. All the reports will be on the website very shortly.
A special thank you to John Ketelaars our webmaster for his behind the scenes work with the computer and his camera picture.
Some have already gone to the website to see what the mistake is , and we now have several corrections to make, but so far the mistake I noticed has not yet been pointed out.

We made up 70 folders of information and ended up with an attendance of 83 .For any one who did not receive a folder most of the information will be on the website shortly. Hopefully next time we are hoping that everyone gets their information in on time so we can have enough name tags and folders printed.
Many picked up all the free information that was available, over 4,000 book marks were taken, so hopefully the word will spread. We are now going to order more.

Fall AGA will be held in Val Caron( Sudbury ) Sept 13th and 14th. Details will be out shortly, so watch the website. Several were late making hotel bookings and had to go to another hotel. Unfortunately when hotels hold a certain number of rooms for a Conference and give a deadline date at that price, they will release the rooms not taken after that.

Our summer newsletter is ready to be sent out, so watch out for it , and spread the word. The deadline for submissions for the next one is June 15th so give us lots of information, if you do not give it to us we can not print it.

Please keep sending me all your information to go on the website. We want to keep it a very active site.
