Dear Ontario Vincentian,

Become an Ontario Regional Council (ONRC) Board Director

The Ontario Regional Council (ONRC) Nomination Committee is searching for individuals to serve on the Board of Directors. The ONRC Board of Directors is responsible for supporting all of the Society’s work in Ontario including the three hundred plus (300+) active parish conferences that are visiting and helping the vulnerable in their local areas.
Working with the Board, a new director will help set the course for how the Ontario Regional Council will support Conferences and Councils in Ontario to serve our neighbours. The Board’s Nomination Committee is reaching out to all Vincentians for help in identifying potential candidates to serve in this key role. We need skilled, talented, knowledgeable people who have demonstrated a sincere passion and commitment for helping the most vulnerable in the community.
We want to talk with interested Vincentians (especially Conference and Council Executives) who have demonstrated the required skills, experience, and aptitude necessary to serve on the ONRC Board. Please take a few minutes and review the attached Board Director Role Description:

The nominating period will be opened until February 18, 2026, to be followed by shortlisting and interviewing of qualified applicants. The election of the new Board Directors will take place at our Annual General Meeting on April 18, 2026.
